DELIVERY
- Omniva parcel machine - 99 EUR/ FREE from orders over 50€
The Goods will be delivered to the parcel machine of your choice within 2-5 business days after receiving the confirmation of the order. You will be informed about the arrival of the Goods in the parcel machine by SMS, the SMS will contain the door code, the location of the parcel machine, the return code and the expiry date of the storage. The parcel machines are open for 24 hours and usually are located near the main doors of various shopping centres.
- Venipak parcel machine and pick-up points – 1.99 EUR / FREE from orders over 50€
The goods will be delivered to your chosen parcel terminal or pick-up point within 2-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation. You will be informed about the arrival of the Goods in the parcel machine by SMS, the SMS will contain the door code, the location of the parcel machine, the return code and the expiry date of the storage.
Venipak parcel machines are open 24 hours a day and are usually located at the main doors of various shopping malls.
- Venipak courier - 3.30 EUR in Riga / 4.99 EUR in Latvia (all Latvian cities except Riga)
The products will be delivered to your address within 10 working days after receiving the order confirmation. The courier will contact you by phone and agree on a suitable time for delivering your products.
4. Receiving orders at the www.leecooper.lv pick-up points / FREE
You can receive products for free at leecooper.lv pick-up points. When the package is delivered to the leecooper.lv receipt location, you will receive an announcement via your mobile phone or E-mail address which you indicated when making the order. You can receive the package in 3 days' time by appearing at the location that is indicated. When you receive the package, you have to show the order number, your full name and show your personal identification document.

RETURN
You have the right to return your ordered product within 14 days. The 14-day term starts when the package arrives at your address or package is taken from the post office.
The Seller do not compensate returned packages transport cost.
A confirmation about receiving the product will be sent to your e-mail.
METHODS OF RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
We ask you to fill out the return form and add it to the products. Returns are only accepted if accompanied by a filled-out return form.

- Using the Omniva parcel machine
1) Fill the Return form and add the Goods you want to return.
2) Pack the Goods so that it cannot be opened without damaging the packaging.
3) Remove the old address card.
4) Take the item you want to return to the nearest parcel machine. You can use any Omniva parcel machine for the return.
5) Select the desired language by touching the screen, then select the "Package Return" function from the menu.
6) To send the shipment, enter the return code (which is sent with the shipment delivery message) on the parcel machine display. The parcel machine will issue the necessary address card and will open the door of the parcel machine.
6) Stick the printed address card on the package. You will find the address card in the compartment under the payment terminal.
7) Place the parcel in the locker that will open, close the door and confirm the sending of the parcel by pressing the "Confirm" button that will appear on the screen.
The shipment will reach the Internet Shop within five business days.
- Using the Venipak parcel machine
1) Fill the Return form and add the Goods you want to return.
2) Pack the Goods so that it cannot be opened without damaging the packaging.
3) Remove the old address card.
4) Take the item you want to return to the nearest parcel machine. You can use any Venipak parcel machine for the return.
5) Select the desired language by touching the screen, then select the "Package Return" function from the menu.
6) To send the shipment, enter the return code (which is sent with the shipment delivery message) on the parcel machine display. The parcel machine will open the door of the parcel machine.
7) Important! Write your order number on the package. This will allow us to identify your return.
8) Place the parcel in the locker that will open, close the door and confirm the sending of the parcel by pressing the "Confirm" button that will appear on the screen.
9) If desired, print the receipt. The order will be delivered to the e-shop within five working days.
- Returning the Goods to our pick-up points
Fill the Return form and add the Goods you want to return. Deliver the shipment to one of our pick-up points. The store workers will then send the goods to the e-shop, where the return process will be carried out. The order will be delivered to the e-shop within five working days.
In the case of a refund, the money is refunded to the same bank account from which the payment was made within 14 days of timely receipt of the Goods at the Lee Cooper e-shop.

- Use a courier or Venipak parcel machine (if the delivery method was chosen - Venipak courier):
1) Fill out the Return Form and attach it to the Goods you wish to return.
2) Pack the parcel so that it cannot be opened without damaging the packaging. In the case of used packaging, be sure to remove all old address cards and barcodes.
3) In the package, along with the product, you will find a return label. You must affix this sticker to the packaging of the return item.
4) Call the Venipak information center on +371 6601 6601 and call a courier to your address to return the package OR you can take this package to the Venipak parcel machine and use the return via parcel machine.
5) If you chose to return via parcel machine, then take the item you want to return to the nearest parcel machine. You can use any Venipak parcel machine for returns.
6) Select the desired language by touching the screen, then select the "Package Return" function from the menu.
7) It is important that the return package has a return label.
Important!
- We ask you to fill out the return form and add it to the products. Returns are only accepted if accompanied by a filled-out return form.

- The money will be refunded to the same bank account from which your payment was made within 14 days as of the timely arrival of the product at the online store of Lee Cooper.
- Returnable Goods shall not be damaged or carry signs of wear, must be in their original packaging, and must have all original labels. It is not possible to return or replace underwear, socks.
- We ask you to always open the product packages carefully without damaging them. If it is not possible to open the package without damaging it, the product you wish to return does not have to be in its original packaging.
- We do not provide an exchange service, but you can return any product that you are not completely satisfied with within 30 days of delivery, and while the product is being returned, place a new order.
As soon as the returned item is accepted at our warehouse, the return process will be started.
If you like a different product, color or size, please place a new order.
If you received your item via an Omniva or Venipak parcel locker, returning the item will be free of charge — we cover the return shipping costs. However, the initial delivery costs to you will not be refunded. If the delivery was made by courier, the return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
